Chagamushroom (Inonotus obliquus) is atype of fungus that grows mainly on the bark of birch trees in cold climates,such as Russia. It is a precious fungus as it cannot be cultivatedartificially. Chaga mushroom is highly nutritional, containing a variety ofsubstances such as superoxide dismutase (SOD), polysaccharides, betulin,betulinic acid, and inotodiol.
